Mahwah, NJ — The Customer Service division of Flavor & Fragrances Specialties, Inc. (FFS) has been changed to the Customer Care division to better reflect a new proactive approach for communicating with customers, the company reports.
Aiming to provide regular status updates to keep finished-product vendors better informed, FFS reports it is placing more emphasis on receiving customer feedback to better meet individual expectations.
In addition, Lauren Ritzmann has been hired as customer care manager in an effort to streamline the entire customer experience, according to the company. She has more than 12 years’ experience in the flavor and fragrance industry and previously worked for the ingredients and flavors divisions of Kerry, Inc. and Wessel Fragrances, Inc.
In her new role, Ritzmann will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for the division.
