Gold Reggie Award Goes to Fisher Nuts

Elgin, IL — Fisher Nuts captured a gold Reggie Award for its “Fisher Fresh Twist to Recipe Nuts” integrated packaging campaign at the Brand Activation Association awards show, according to parent company John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc.

The campaign, featuring Chef Alex Guarnaschelli from the Food Network’s Chopped series, incorporates in-store, broadcast, print, digital and public relations elements and effected continuous growth in pound sales over 24 consecutive months, including a 22 percent increase in pound sales in 2013 from the previous year, while the category grew by 7.5 percent.

 Developed by Blue Chip Marketing Worldwide, the program was recognized in the newly created packaging innovation campaign category.
