Northbrook, IL — Todd Sunderhaus has been appointed savory flavorist and Peter Lu has been named savory flavor scientist for Bell Flavors & Fragrances, Inc.
The company reports Sunderhaus brings experience in developing new and specialty items to his new position. He most recently worked for Gold Medal Bakery Co. in development and application and has also held positions with Alex Fries Inc. and Richelieu Foods Inc.
In his new role, Lu will be responsible for long-term development in the savory division and working to ensure Bell’s flavors meet customers’ needs. He previously worked for Kemin Industries Inc.; Pacific Foods of Oregon, Inc.; Red Arrow Products and Rutgers University in savory product development.
