Kellogg’s Promotes Snacks With MLB, Ripken

Battle Creek, MI — The Kellogg Co. is teaming with Major League Baseball (MLB) and Hall-of-Fame player Cal Ripken Jr.  to promote its snack offerings with the Never Miss a Game Fan Story contest.

Running through August, consumers can share stories on social media about the lengths they went to not to miss a baseball game using the hashtag “#nevermissagame” for the chance to win MLB branded merchandise and Kellogg snacks. The grand prize includes a trip to a 2014 World Series game, an opening day game and the All-Star Game during the 2015 season.

In addition, the contest will feature instant-win games and be promoted on packs featuring Ripken for Cheez-It, Town House and Club crackers; Nutri-Grain cereal bars; Keebler Fudge Shoppe and Simply Made cookies; and FruitFlavored Snacks. Prizes include 2015 season tickets, HD TVs with a subscription to MLB TV and tickets to 2015 regular season games.
