PMCA Offers Caramel, Fudge, Toffee Course

Bethlehem, PA — Registration is open for the Pennsylvania Manufacturing Confectioners’ Association’s (PMCA) short course on caramel, fudge and toffee, to be held November 11 to 14 at The Warrell Corp. facility in York, PA.

The curriculum will cover descriptions and differences; white and soft caramel varieties; fudge and toffee ingredients, production techniques and faults; as well as hands-on sessions making the three types of candies and a tour of The Warrell Classic Caramel Co. Participants satisfying course requirements will receive a certificate of completion, according to PMCA.
