New York, NY — Nestle S.A., Ferrero International S.A., Kellogg Co., Kraft Foods Group, Inc., PepsiCo and General Mills, Inc. are among the Reputation Institute’s 100 Most Reputable Companies, according to its RepTrak 100 study. Nestle was ranked ninth — entering the top 10 for the first time in the history of the study — Ferrero 20th, Kellogg 26th, Kraft ranked 58th, PepsiCo earned the 84th spot and General Mills ranks 91st. The study surveys more than 55,000 consumers, asking them to rank five randomly assigned companies with which they were somewhat familiar, using RepTrak’s Pulse methodology. Pulse measures the degree of admiration, trust, good feeling and overall esteem that stakeholders have about their organizations. The data were collected throughout February and March, and the Reputation Institute claims it covers 100 of the most highly regarded companies across 15 countries accounting for more than 75 percent of the global GDP.
