Guadalajara, Mexico — Bell Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. has installed a state-of-the-art innovation center in its Guadalajara, Mexico plant that will focus on developing sweet and savory flavors to fit taste preferences in the Mexican and Central American markets, the company reports. The company reports it will conduct consumer testing of new products at the 900-square-foot facility, Centro Innovación Bell, and focus on the next level of olfactory molecule creation. “Creativity and innovation are two ingredients that have driven Bell’s growth throughout the last 100 years,” President and CEO James Heinz says. “Investing further into Mexico and with our key partners is critical to our company’s success. This CIB facility will allow us to focus as a company on these critical objectives.”
