September 6, 2013
Northfield, IL — Teri List-Stoll will succeed Timothy McLevish as Chief Financial Officer for Kraft Foods Inc. come the first quarter of 2014.
List-Stoll most recently served as senior vice-president and treasurer for The Procter & Gamble Co., where she worked for more than 20 years in positions ranging from supply chain management to accounting. Prior to her tenure at P&G, she was a fellow with the Financial Accounting Standards Board and spent nearly six years at Deloitte & Touche providing financial counsel to large multinational companies, Kraft reports.
She will act as senior vice-president of finance and work alongside McLevish during the transitional period.
“Teri’s financial expertise and deep experience at a consumer- and brand-focused company make her the right choice for our next CFO,” says Kraft CEO Tony Vernon. “We'll benefit from her deep commitment to operational excellence and her track record of innovation in company-wide productivity initiatives.”
