Cargill Introduces Caramel-White Chocolate

Belgium — Cargill, Inc. is unveiling Caramel Equilibre, kosher, nut-free white chocolate with the taste and color of dairy caramel that can be used in tablets, pralines, premium products, high quality bonbons, biscuits and hollow figures, the company claims.

Made with sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, 3% caramel powder, skim milk powder, cocoa liquor, emulsifier, natural flavor, spices and salt, Cargill claims, the product can be delivered in liquid form and easy-melt buttons.
