Columbus, OH &mdah; The Snack Food Association (SFA) is accepting registrations for its five-day Quality & Innovation Management Course, co-sponsored by The Ohio State University (OSU), being held September 9 to 13.
The hands-on technical education program will include classroom presentations on snack manufacturing processes, instruments and methods used to maintain quality. In addition, the program will have a guided tour of a snack manufacturing facility, The SFA reports. The course will feature industry experts as well as members of the OSU Department of Food Science and Technology.
