Puerto Vallarta, Mexico — North American suppliers of natural and organic products can explore growth opportunities in Mexico at the Mexican Healthy Products Summit, January 24 to 26.
Representatives from major supermarket and mass market retailers, including Casa Ley, Costco, H-E-B Mexico, Soriara and Wal-Mart, and specialty health food retailers Nutrisa and GNC will be available at the invitation-only forum, which will feature pre-scheduled private boardroom presentations, one-on-one meetings, networking events and expert programs on healthy lifestyle trends, export best practices, industry research and marketing to Mexican consumers.
“The Mexican healthy food market is rapidly expanding as consumers become more aware that their consumption habits affect their overall health and well-being,” explains Chuck Cross, president of Trade Show Consulting, LLC, which is partnering with the Mexican Healthy Products Summit organizers. “Mexico is at a crossroad, and while healthy food is still niche, conventional supermarket buyers are catching on to the trend. It's prime time to introduce the Mexican market to the plethora of healthy products coming out of the United States.”
