ProSweets Offers Snack Production Workshop

Cologne, Germany — Attendees of the ProSweets conference in January will have the opportunity to learn about natural confectionery production, challenges in packaging design, industrial bar manufacturing and more as part of a new workshop being offered at the event.

From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on January 28, experts including Heintschel GmbH’s Michael Heintschel, the Institute of Food Chemistry’s Dr. Reinhard Matissek and the Döhler Group’s Marco Gonazlez will share their insight on various sweet and savory snack production methods. The workshop is being hosted in partnership with the Association of the German Confectionery Industry, Sweets Global Network, the German Agricultural Society and the Central College of the German Confectionery Industry.
