Hershey, PA — The Hershey Co.’s first line of products in 30 years is rolling out nationwide in January, according to the company.

Lancaster Soft Crèmes will be available in caramel, vanilla and caramel and vanilla and raspberry varieties.

“Lancaster is the culmination of more than two-and-a-half years’ research that identified a space for a rich, indulgent, comforting caramel,” Spokesperson Anna Lingeris tells Candy & Snack TODAY. “The Lancaster line was inspired by Milton Hershey’s original candy business, The Lancaster Caramel Co.”

Individually wrapped pieces of chewy, creamy candy will pack in four- and eight-ounce bags with SRPs of $2.49 and $3.99, respectively.

Earlier this year, the line was launched in three cities in China, with full release planned for 2014.
