Toronto — While nearly all Americans snack, nine in 10 say healthy snacking is difficult, according to a survey by Taste of Nature, Inc. and Kelton Global.
In addition, half of consumers say healthy snacking is difficult because it is hard to find a healthy solution that also tastes good.
To remedy this, Taste of Nature is promoting its snack bar line with the Take the Pledge To Snack Healthy contest, which asks consumers to replace one unhealthy snack per day with a Taste of Nature bar.
Consumers can enter the contest by “liking” the company’s Facebook page, facebook.com/tasteofnature, and filling out an entry form. Prizes include yoga mats with carrying cases and boxes of snack bars.
