PCMA Exhibit Features Milk’s Role In Candy

Bethlehem, PA — A new display, “From Cow to Candy,” celebrates the transformation of raw milk to finished candy at the Pennsylvania Manufacturing Confectioners Association’s (PCMA) 68th Annual Production Conference in the Lancaster County Convention Center, April 14 to16.

Illustrating the wide range of dairy ingredients used in confectionery products, the simulated milking parlor will feature demonstrations and tastings. Visitors can sample Blue Bell Creameries Co. ice cream with toppings provided by Barry Callebaut AG, The Hershey Co. and Concord Foods, Inc.

The exhibit, hosted by PMCA’s program committee and the Professional Dairy Managers of Pennsylvania, will be held on April 14, 12:30 to 5 pm in Freedom Hall.
