The INTERNATIONAL SWEETS and BISCUITS FAIR (ISM)

The International Sweets and Biscuits Fair (ISM) attracts more than 32,500 confectionery industry attendees each year from more than 150 countries. Nearly 40 USA exhibitors participated in the USA Pavilion in 2009 at the largest confectionery trade event in the world.

NCA has been presenting the USA Confectionery Pavilion at ISM for the past fiftenn years. Buyers from around the world make the USA Confectionery Pavilion a "must-see" destination visit during their time at the show. Exhibit Options for the USA Confectionery Pavilion

TRADITIONAL BOOTH
12 square meters (3m x 4m)

This package includes hard-wall construction, carpet, company header, 4 shelves, table and 4 chairs, 4 spotlights, 2 exhibitor passes, 1 locking sideboard, 1 glass-topped display case, 1 barstool, and electrical and trash service. Available in multiples of 12 square meters. Companies wishing to co-exhibit (maximum two companies per 12 square meters) will be charged an additional $500 co-exhibiting fee.

MAP (Market Access Program) Funds

Your company may be qualified to receive 50 percent expense reimbursement for eligible expenses associated with participation in the USA Confectionery Pavilion.

Qualifying companies must have less than 500 employees, and products made in the U.S. labeled as such. Products must be comprised of at least 50 percent agricultural and/or food ingredients of U.S. origin (not including water).

If you qualify, the reimbursed expenses (maximum 50 percent) include:

  • M & IE per diem for two company employees
  • Airfare for two company employees on a U.S. carrier
  • Sample and brochure freight
  • Temporary booth personnel
  • Additional booth furnishings
  • Literature/Advertising


Items not eligible for reimbursement include USA Confectionery Pavilion exhibit space costs and cost of product samples.
