Adam is a cook, entertainer, and full time food enthusiast who first gained national attention as a finalist on Food Network's hit primetime series, The Next Food Network Star. He advanced to the final episode that was, at the time, the highest rated episode of any Food Network program. Although he did not win that competition, he was approached by Food Network to host the primetime series, Will Work For Food in 2009. In 2010 Adam began hosting a series of specials for The Fine Living Network: Freakiest Vacations, Freakiest Festivals, and Freakiest Foods. As a regular contributor on Food Network's popular series, The Best Thing I Ever Ate, he gets to relive and share some of his favorite foods America has to offer. He has participated on Food Network's competition series Chef Vs. City as well as Food Network Challenge: All Star Grill-off where he and his teammates were victorious on both occasions. As a former Next Food Network Star finalist, Adam brings his unique perspective to Food Network Star: After Party, a show that he has co-hosted with Sunny Anderson for the past two years on Cooking Channel and Dish Network.
Most recently, as the host of Food Network's primetime series, Kid in a Candy Store, Adam uncovered the best, most outrageous, most innovative, and most loved sweet treats as he traveled the nation visiting the bakeries, restaurants, food carts, and factories where America's favorites are produced.
