Jeff leads Starbucks’ efforts to increase distribution through Consumer Packaged Goods and growing their retail presence through foodservice, licensing and franchising. He is also president, Seattle’s Best Coffee; building the company’s relationships with current and future customers with a goal of transforming it to a billion dollar brand. Jeff joined Starbucks in June 2010 as president, Global Consumer Products and Foodservice, leading consumer products business with the introduction of new brands and products to more markets around the world. He is responsible for extending the Starbucks Experience and taking care of the customer interactions outside of Starbucks stores. Prior to joining Starbucks, Jeff was vice president and general manager for E&J Gallo Winery. He also spent 17 years at Procter & Gamble where he held leadership positions in sales, marketing and general management, both in the U.S. and abroad.
