NCA's Candy Safety Forum

You are invited to the inaugual meeting of NCA's Semi-Annual Online Candy Safety Forum


July 13th, 2011 from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. EST

The purpose of this forum is to provide an opportunity for candy quality and safety professionals to discuss confectionery-specific food safety and regulatory concerns in a supportive peer-to-peer forum and advise NCA on resources needed to support the industry.  Discussion topics will include FDA activities and food safety legislation implementation, GFSI/3rd party audit certification, regulatory Q&A and resources needed by the candy industry.  The forum is intended to be discussion-based so that your greatest concerns can be addressed. Please plan to come prepared with questions and issues to raise to your peers and be ready to share your own experiences and advice.  All NCA members are welcome, but the intended participation is from production, quality and food safety professionals from medium and small confectioners.
