Trends will be shared on how seasonal merchandising and promotion can contribute to overall retail sales growth across some of confectionery's largest distribution channels including food, drug and mass. Participants will also come away with insights into how best to prepare for this holiday next year.

Wilson has diversified experience of over 30 years in consumer packaged goods including manufacturer and broker interaction. He has led the creation and activation of consumer, shopper and insights-driven category and brand plans. Prior to his role with NCA, Wilson served in a variety of roles including Corporate Director of Category Management at Campbell's Soup.
