Good Manufacturing Practices are a set of requirements for food manufacturers designed to guarantee product safety and quality.
To ensure the production of safe confectionery products NCA members comply with good manufacturing practices as required by the Food & Drug Administration, as well their own quality assurance and food safety programs.
