The U.S. confectionery industry supports responsible marketing where children are concerned. NCA supports this effort and has developed a set of voluntary principles on marketing to children. Additionally, NCA and its members who advertise on television adhere to the voluntary commitments on marketing to children of the Council of Better Business Bureau’s Children’s Food and Beverage Advertising Initiative and/or its Children’s Advertising Review Unit.
