Innovation Alley Spotlights Entrepreneurs with Most Creative Treats in One Hot Spot at the EXPO

Chicago (May 24, 2011) -The 2011 SWEETS & SNACKS EXPO®, the largest confectionery, cookie and snack show in the Americas, is the place to discover the newest sweet and savory treats shaping the industry. The EXPO, traditionally known to showcase hundreds of well-known, established confectionery and snack manufacturers, is also the place to find smaller-scale, family-owned startup companies with some of the country's most unique candy and snacks. For the first time, a special area of the show floor, Innovation Alley, will be dedicated to this group of businesses new to the EXPO and the industry, featuring the latest up-and-coming products.
