Food Drug and Mass Outlets Information

Drug Stores and Convenience Stores have reported a very strong four week sales period for the confectionery category for the four week period ending October 5.  Both trade channels reported a sales gain in the five percent range while other trade channels had a much more difficult time reaching last year’s sales totals.  Supermarkets and Mass outlets actually saw sales declines for the four week period.
