Each year, more than 600 confectionery leaders and key retailers from all channels attend NCA’s State of the Industry Conference, the industry’s premier learning and networking event. Attendees will gain valuable insights and ideas to apply to their business, all while networking with industry peers.

This conference is the place where leaders in both the confectionery and retail industries come together to refine business strategies and gain a deeper understanding of issues impacting our industry. Hotel Reservations

A block of rooms has been reserved at Trump National Doral at the special rate of $319 plus tax, and the $20 daily resort fee. Call for reservations 1.855.878.6700 (toll free) or 305.592.2000 (hotel direct) and mention National Confectioners Association 2016 to receive the discounted rate. Reservations can also be made online. The cutoff date is Sunday, February, 7, 2016. Reservations must be cancelled by 5 days prior to 4PM local time day of arrival. Cancellations made within the cancellation period will be assessed a charge of one night plus applicable taxes. A valid credit card is required at time of reservation to guarantee the room.

Trump National Doral is sold out on Tuesday, March 1st.

An additional block of rooms has been reserved at the Provident Doral (an all-suite resort adjacent to the golf courses at the Trump National Doral). Rooms are available at the special nightly rate of $299 (blue king suite) or $349 (deluxe bedroom king suite) plus tax. 3 bedroom villas are available for $549/night. Please contact Christine Purcell for reservations. The hotel is located at 5300 NW 87 Avenue Miami, FL 33178. Reservations must cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival By 4PM local time day of arrival. First night room and tax charged at time of booking.

A dedicated shuttle will run between the Trump National Doral and the Provident Doral at numerous times during the day according to our event schedule with the cost included in your room rate.


A third block of rooms has been reserved at the Courtyard Miami Airport West/Doral (a Marriott property) at the special rate of $219 plus tax. Rooms can only be booked through Christine Purcell (email or call 703-282-9982). The cutoff date was Sunday, February 1, 2016, but rooms may still be available. A credit card is required to guarantee the room. Rooms can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to arrival date without penalty. The Courtyard Miami Airport West/Doral is located at 3929 NW 79th Ave, Miami, FL 33166 (approximately 1.1 miles from the Trump Doral).
