The Blommer Chocolate Company was founded by Henry Blommer in Chicago, Ill., in 1939, and today it is the largest processor of cocoa beans and ingredient chocolate supplier in North America. The Blommer Chocolate Company is still family owned and operated and is run by President Peter Blommer. With more than 600 employees and four strategically located manufacturing facilities in North America, the company provides comprehensive business solutions for domestic and international customers of all sizes in the confectionery, baking and dairy industries.

The company processes cocoa beans into a variety of products including chocolate, cocoa powder and other ingredients for the global food and confectionery industry.
