The May 30th compliance deadline for FDA’s Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) regulation is fast approaching. All companies importing food into the US must ensure their imports meet equivalent standards as the Food Safety Modernization Act by this time.
Join NCA from May 22-24 at the McCormick Center in Chicago for a 2½ day FSVP training course. Hosted in conjunction with the Sweets and Snacks Expo. This Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) approved course is essential for any individual or corporation who is involved in the supply, transportation or purchase of food that is imported and intended for consumption in the United States.
Course attendees will gain knowledge about how to comply with the regulatory requirements outlined in the rule, including specific documentation requirements.
While delivering the standardized curriculum, the course will be tailored to confectionery companies and the specific needs of individual attendees. There will be break-out sessions for attendees to work through their own plans with the input of peers and experts.
