Boyer Debuts Clark Cups, First From Brand Since Acquisition

Altoona, PA — Boyer Candy Co. is introducing Clark Cups, which feature peanut butter blended with pieces of the namesake candy bars’ centers and are the first product launch from the brand since its acquisition by the Pennsylvania-based candymaker. Clark Cups display.

“The kettles are fired up and production has begun,” says Anthony Forgione, president and CEO of Boyer. “It is very gratifying to bring the Clark name back to its home state of Pennsylvania, along with giving the classic candy a new twist.”

The new cups uphold the brand’s identity, with its signature red packs, and blue and white block letter. However, the graphics have been updated to now include a “Born in the ‘Burgh” tagline on the back, an ode to the candy’s birthplace, Boyer reports.

Clark Cups are proceeding the relaunch of the bars as Boyer continues to perfect the classic product’s production process, according to the company.

With a SRP of $1.29, 1.5-ounce Clark Cups ship 12 28-ct displays per case.
