Seattle — A complete packaging refresh of the Seattle Chocolate bar brand is being unveiled by Seattle Chocolate Co. The 2.5-ounce truffle bars are showcased in “whimsical” wrappers and the brand logo has been updated.
In addition, the company is extending the range with three new varieties: Hiker’s Trail Mix, featuring peanuts, California raisins and roasted sunflower seeds in dark chocolate; 72% Dark Origin, made from the company’s own blend of Nicaraguan cocoa beans with fruit forward, earthy and slightly acidic flavor notes; and Tukwila Hazelnut, combining hazelnut butter and brown rice crisps in milk chocolate.
The 2.5-ounce bars have a SRP of $4.29 and ship 12 12-ct displays per case.
The Non-GMO Project verified bars are gluten-free, kosher dairy, vegan and Rainforest Alliance Certified, according to the company. Throughout the summer, Seattle Chocolate will promote the bars through social media, the company website and in-store events.
