Chocolette RED Delight Chocolate Makes Low-Calorie Claim

Lewes, DE – Chocolette Distribution LLC, the U.S. sales and marketing division of the Swiss-owned Chocolette Confectionary LLC, is launching the company’s RED Delight chocolate collection in the U.S. The product was developed using patented technology and is one of the world’s lowest calorie chocolates, the company claims, with 16 calories per piece. In addition, the company maintains the product has less fat and no added sugar.

The RED Delight Chocolate collection was developed by chocolatiers from France and Switzerland using only natural ingredients without cocoa oil substitutes, artificial colors or preservatives. All products in the collection are certified kosher, non-GMO, gluten free, vegan where noted and have no added sugar, the company claims.

The 3.5-ounce bars are available in extra dark, dark and dark chocolate with orangeand almond, as well as milk chocolate with hazelnut and macadamia. The product is also offered in praline form in gift boxes. The bars have a SRP of $3.20.

According to the company, the brand received a 2018 Great Taste Award in the UK.
