Country Archer Rolls Out Two Jerky Flavors, Receives $10M Investment


San Bernardino, CA — Country Archer Jerky Co., which recently received a $10 million investment from Monogram Capital Partners, is introducing Hatch Chile Beef Jerky and Citrus Rosemary Turkey Jerky at Natural Product Expo East.

The new items are made with extra-lean and USDA-inspected 100 percent grass-fed beef and antibiotic-free turkey, respectively. With 11 grams of protein, the Hatch Chile variety has a sweet, spicy and smoky flavor, while the new all-natural turkey jerky unites savory and citrus notes with a hint of floral aroma, and has 12 grams of protein, according to the company. The new beef item comes in three-ounce bags, while the turkey jerky comes in 2.75-ounce packs. Both varieties have a SRP of $6.

The $10 million from Monogram is the third time the private equity firm has invested in the jerky brand and will give Country Archer the ability to expand production at its Southern California facility, according to Kang.
