2017 Sweets & Snacks Expo Sells Out

Washington — For the fifth consecutive year, the Sweets & Snacks Expo has sold out and a waiting list has been started, NCA reports.

Celebrating its 20th anniversary, the show will host more than 800 companies and welcome in excess of 17,000 industry professionals from nearly 90 countries, according to the Association.

New features at this year’s show include “Eye Opener” morning education sessions; the introduction of the Small Business Innovator Award to the Most Innovative New Product Awards; and the debut of Destination Retail, which will house the Merchandising Gallery of Success as well as demonstrations of the latest in-store technology.

The Expo’s sustained success led Trade Show Executive magazine to name the event to its “Fast 50” list, recognizing the quickest growing trade shows worldwide, NCA reports.
