El Paso, TX — The Richardson-Olmos-Trejo COVID-19 Emergency Fund is receiving a $20,000 donation for Mount Franklin Foods, LLC, the company reports.
The fund supports people impacted by coronavirus that live in the Colonias area of New Mexico, according to the company, which notes individuals and families without children applying for relief will receive $150 and families with children can get $300 from the fund.
The Richardson Center for Global Engagement began the fund with a $10,000 donation, and the program is administered by the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico, according to the company.
“It is critically important to us at Mount Franklin Foods to support our local communities. In these unprecedented times, our family of employees and future employees needs our support more than ever before,” says Eloy S. Vallina L., chairman of the board for Mount Franklin Foods. “We are honored to join forces with The Richardson Center for Global Engagement and the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico to support their efforts in providing emergency financial assistance.”
