Washington — NCA is accepting applications for its Young Professionals Network (YPN) 2020 Future Leadership Program, which provides support, education, access and opportunity as part of the year-long accelerated leadership initiative.

Open to employees of NCA member companies and qualified retail customers who are under the age of 40, the program includes formal mentorships with well-regarded industry members and invitations to the Candy Hall of Fame weekend and the Association’s State of the Industry Conference, Sweets & Snacks Expo and Washington Forum.

“The program will challenge you personally and professionally to become a better leader and learn more about our incredible industry,” says Steve Casey, a 2019 future leader and national sales manager for Melville Candy Co. “From full access at all of the events to the mentorship program, the NCA Future Leadership Program gives you all of the tools and opportunities to grow and open doors that were never possible.”

The Future Leadership Program was initiated in 2016, and is led by NCA’s YPN Committee and supported by the Candy Hall of Fame. More details on the leadership initiative and application process are available on CandyUSA.com.
