New York — As part of its goal to raise awareness for wildlife conservation, Yowie Group Ltd. is hosting special events at the Dallas and Brookfield (Illinois) Zoos, the company reports.

Coinciding with Wildlife Conservation Day (December 4), the program will feature brand mascot Rumble delivering a Tipsy Tom and Rocky Lou Feeder to the Dallas Zoo’s manager of animal behavior and welfare department, while the mascot will help decorate holiday trees with zoo animals’ favorite foods such as fish and meat at the Brookfield Zoo on December 14. Both events will also feature Yowie product sampling, according to the candymaker.

“These partner zoos are wonderful places for students and families to learn the importance of animal preservation on Wildlife Conservation Day,” says Cove Overley, Yowie’s global chief marketing officer. “Yowie extends the experience from zoos to the home and gets children involved into a world of animal awareness by starting their own Yowie collection.”
