NCA and its members welcome newcomers to the industry with a variety of programs to attract and encourage new talent.
Young Professionals Network
The Young Professionals Network serves as a forum for NCA members, new and established, to collaborate and shape the future of the confectionery industry. Programs are designed to support the Association’s mission to advance the industry by providing young professionals opportunities for development and networking. Programs include the Future Leadership Program that pairs candidates with an experienced mentor, an Ambassador Program that allows young professionals in the industry to volunteer in vital roles at the Sweets & Snacks Expo, a dedicated session at NCA’s annual meeting, the State of the Industry Conference, and social networking opportunities throughout the year.
