Krystal Hicks is the Founder of JOBTALK, a recruitment consulting and career counseling practice in Portsmouth, NH. In addition to providing one-on-one counseling services to job seekers, Krystal also provides employer branding consulting and workshops on strategic recruitment initiatives to companies looking to attract and retain top talent. Prior to opening JOBTALK last year, Krystal had 10+ years in career services and staffing, and most recently served as the Corporate Recruitment Manager for Lindt Chocolate where she oversaw their student “Lindternship” program, as well as all Talent Acquisition for the U.S. Headquarters, resulting in more than 220 hires in her 3 ½ years there.
